It’s officially crab season in New England.
Whether or not you live in New England, if you’re a fan of crab, I have a real treat to share with you today…
These crab cakes are fantastic. Their flavor and smell is fresh and bright, and they have big pieces of lump crab-meat with just enough filler to hold them together. I like mine served with a sprinkling of fresh parsley and lemon wedges to squeeze on top, along with a little bit of stone-ground mustard. Divine.
There will be 3 winners for this giveaway, and here’s what each winner will get:
- One Box of 6 (4 oz) Jumbo-Lump Blue Crab Cakes (they arrive frozen)
- Two (16 oz Portions) Maryland Crab Soup (arrives frozen)
