With chilly air and crisp, frost-bitten mornings, ‘tis the season for a hot, comforting start to your day. Porridge is perfect and sometimes it’s fun to think beyond your traditional oatmeal. I’ve experimented with different things like millet, bulgur, and quinoa, and now I can add couscous to the list. This warming dish is the perfect fix for a cold morning.     I have only tried Morroccan food at Epcot. It was really delicious but I have not experimented with any recipes at home. This recipe sounds like the perfect way to get my feet wet!
