    I actually lucked out this year because I found cranberry compote in a jar… in Italy! I mean, that’s unheard of. I was already freaking out because I thought I’d never find cranberries to make sauce =)

    I made two cranberry sauces this year…one with rosemary and the other with ginger. We’re going to vote on Thanksgiving Day! Decided I would save the post for next year!
    Now, I’ll copy your recipe and save to try.

    mmmmm cranberry is one of my most favorite parts of Thanksgiving. The addition of fruits like apples and oranges to the mix just makes it that much better. Hooray for thankgiving- only a couple days to go!
