Pina Colada Smoothie {Paleo}

  • ¾ cup (185 ml) canned light coconut milk
  • ¾ cup (4.5 oz/125 g) cubed pineapple, frozen
  • ½ medium banana, peeled, chopped into 2 pieces, and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 fresh cherry, for garnish (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a serving glass and top with the cherry if desired; serve.
