Ingredients
Lemonade Dressing:
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons raw, local honey
  • ¼ + ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Green Bean Slaw:
  • ½ lb (230 g) fresh green beans, ends trimmed and beans thinly sliced across
  • ½ lb (230 g) thinly sliced red cabbage (about 3 cups sliced)
  • ½ lb (230 g) fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 large scallion, green and white parts, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. Whisk together all ingredients for the dressing in a large bowl.
  2. Add the beans, cabbage, cherries, and scallion to the dressing and gently toss to combine.
  3. Serve.
