Strawberry and Cream Smoothie Bowl

The flavors of strawberry and cream really shine in this smoothie bowl...make a smoothie just a touch thicker and serve it in a bowl with a spoon and set out a few toppings to create a smoothie bowl bar, and suddenly smoothies are a fresh and exciting breakfast idea!
  • Smoothie:
  • 1½ cups (210 g) frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup GO Veggie! Dairy Free Strawberry Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons (150 ml) water (reduce to ½ cup/120 ml for a super thick smoothie bowl)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (more or less to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Optional Topping Ideas:
  • Fresh sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, blueberries
  • Chocolate chips
  • Shredded coconut
  1. Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
