3-Ingredient Frozen Yogurt Berry Bowls are packed with nutrition and healthy enough for breakfast, but decadent enough tasting for dessert.
  • 1 (8 oz/227 g) container blackberry or blueberry yogurt (I used blackberry noosa)
  • 2 cups frozen blackberries or blueberries (I used blueberries)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:
  • Bee pollen
  • Cacao nibs
  • Shredded coconut
  • Pecans
  • Chia seeds
  • Frozen berries
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth, tamping down as necessary. Transfer to a serving bowl, add any toppings you want, and serve immediately.
Sweetness Level: Depending on how sweet you like your sweets, you may want to add a touch of your favorite sweetener, such as honey, maple, stevia, sugar, etc.
