Israeli couscous!
Agree with Sara, looks just like Giant Cous Cous /Ptitim as it is called here in Australia.
In Syria, we call it maghribiyeh, meaning “from the Maghreb.” I love it!

Its Israeli Coucous. I don’t see recipes often that call for it, so I’m excited to see your recipe. Hubby likes this kind of couscous much better than the smaller couscous.
