Something that I could serve to my family for dessert along with tea and coffee at one of my parents’ family dinners and have people be satisfied with dessert – not left wanting something else. A combination of snickerdoodles and molasses crinkles, these Snickercrinkle Cookies have the texture of molasses crinkles (flat cookies that are crispy outside, but soft and chewy inside), and the flavor of snickerdoodles (buttery, cinnamon-y, and slightly tangy because of the cream of tartar).
