Lebanese Nights (Layali Lubnan)
One of my favorite desserts in my book is a pudding called Lebanese Nights. It’s a rich, velvety, aromatic pudding that’s topped with cream, pistachios, and shredded coconut…but what I love most of all about this pudding is the image it conjures up of nights filled with talking, laughter, food, music, and dancing. I always think of Shahrazad and the stories from 1001 Nights and a Night, and adventurers like Sindbad and Aladdin.
To see a few more recipes from the book and find out a little bit more about me, head over to Miranda’s blog (A Duck in Her Pond) to check out my interview. Thanks so much for the feature, Miranda!
P.S. I share a little secret at the end of the interview! :)
