Orange Chocolate Cupcakes

November 18, 2019 by Faith Leave a Comment

Orange Chocolate Cupcakes have a soft, tender crumb and are aromatic with orange and rich with chocolate. A beautiful white chocolate drizzle on top means there’s no need for frosting!

Orange Chocolate Cupcakes on Decorative Dark Metal Tray

There’s no reason cupcakes have to be complicated. And there’s no need for them to have a mountain of frosting on top (although I admit, mmmm, frosting! But they can be just as good without it).

If you’re looking for the perfect thing to whip up for a party or gathering, my Orange Chocolate Muffins are it. They’re a wonderful addition to a dessert table (perfect for the holidays!), and if it’s a special occasion, they’re also good for brunch.…

Deluxe Cake Batter Fudge

April 14, 2014 by Faith 11 Comments

I don’t know about you, but I’m a little hard-pressed to find a dessert that’s suitable for Easter outside of carrot cake, lemon bars, or orange chiffon cake. And of course all the cutesy little bunny and egg-topped cupcakes and cookies. There’s nothing wrong with any of those things (in fact, I die over a good slice of carrot cake!), but I don’t know…I like to mix things up a little. Gingersnap + White Chocolate Truffles {7 Days of Festive Holiday Treats}

December 16, 2012 by Faith 11 Comments

If you had to choose only one flavor that embodies fall, what would it be? For me, it’s ginger, without a doubt. I’m going to be sharing the recipes I made throughout the next month or so, but for now I’m going to let the photos do the talking....

White Hot Chocolate

February 6, 2012 by Faith 36 Comments

If you’re like me and have a the-darker-the-better mindset when it comes to chocolate, you’re probably wondering why on earth I used white chocolate to make this drink. I’m with you, trust me, I am....

Blueberry-Oat Breakfast Loaf

August 26, 2011 by Faith 49 Comments

I love making quick bread or muffins on relaxed weekend mornings.  There’s something almost magical about a late summer Saturday morning…waking up to the sound of birds chirping and sunlight streaming in your window…and of course knowing that you have the whole day free to do whatever you want!  Those kinds of mornings call for a special start to the day....
