For the Salmon Spice Mix: 1 tsp light brown sugar 3/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper For the Salmon: 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets - with or without skin is fine 1 TB extra-virgin olive oil 1 tsp minced fresh parsley 2 fresh lemon wedges
Cook Time: 20 Min
Brush with oil. Brush the salmon on all sides with oil.
Coat in spices. Dip the top and sides (not the bottom) of each salmon fillet in the spice mix until they are well-coated.
Cook. Place the salmon fillets in the basket of an air fryer so they aren’t touching. Air fry at 400F for 8 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked.
