Sear the meat on the "Sauté" function, and season it with the steak seasoning. Stir in the onion and garlic, and cook 3 minutes.
Stir in the broth and cook on "Manual, High Pressure" for 35 minutes.
Turn on the “Sauté” function and stir in the cornstarch slurry, rosemary, and thyme. Continue cooking until the sauce is thickened, about 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or any side dishes you like!
