If you have a wild rice blend, you can use 1 1/2 cups of that instead of wild rice, brown rice, and jasmine rice.

Add the butter to a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook about 5 minutes. Deglaze with the wine, then add the other ingredients except jasmine rice. Simmer 20 minutes, then add the jasmine rice and cook until tender.
