Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings

By An Edible Mosaic

Buffalo wing sauce, also called Buffalo chicken sauce or just Buffalo sauce, is a simple combination of Frank’s RedHot and butter - that's it!

Pro tip

Step 1

Preheat the air fryer to 400F. Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Toss the wings and oil together in a large bowl to coat the wings. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the preheated air fryer.

Step 2

Cook 10 minutes on the first side, flip, and then cook 10 minutes on the second side. The wings should be golden on both sides when they’re done. If you like them extra crispy, let them cook up to 2 minutes longer on each side.
