If you're using homemade cranberry sauce, make that first.
Roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry and cut it into 16 pieces.
Top each piece of puff pastry with brie and transfer them to a buttered muffin tray. Top each with cranberry sauce and rosemary, and brush the pastry with egg wash. Chill 10 minutes.
Bake until the pastry is golden and puffed, about 15 to 18 minutes at 400F.
