Dice the peach. Stir together the diced peach, honey, and salt in a bowl.
Add the crumbled feta, cream cheese, sour cream, and salt to a food processor. Pulse a few times, and then process until it’s as smooth as you like it, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary.
Spread the feta dip out in a bowl and top with the macerated peaches. Enjoy!
