Make the pudding.
Line the bottom of a 9 by 13-inch baking dish with a layer of graham crackers, breaking the crackers if necessary so they fit in an even layer. Spread 1/3 of the pudding on top & repeat the layering twice.
Make the chocolate ganache (or gently warm a can of chocolate frosting in the microwave) and spread it on top. Chill the cake for 6 to 8 hours and then serve!
