Peel and cut each banana into 4 pieces. Put the bananas in a large skillet over medium heat and sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Cook for 5 minutes (don’t flip). Remove from the heat.
Preheat a grill to medium-high. Grill the burgers for 3 to 5 minutes per side, depending on your desired level of doneness. Toast the buns on the grill if desired.
Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter on the 4 bottom buns. Top each with a grilled burger, 2 caramelized banana pieces, and 2 slices of crisped bacon.
