Make the glass rims sticky. Rub the cut side of a fresh lime wedge along the rim of each of 4 glasses.
Salt the glass rims. Immediately after rubbing each glass with lime, dip them in salt.
Blend and serve. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Pour the margaritas into the salt-rimmed glasses. Garnish each with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wheel.
