No Bake  Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

If you prefer a fudgy chocolate filling instead of peanut butter, use 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips + 1/2 cup cream.

Step 1

Add the butter, brown sugar, and salt to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the oats and vanilla and toast the oats, about 2 to 3 minutes. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of a loaf pan.

Melt the white chocolate chips and peanut butter together, and spread it out evenly on top of the oat mixture in the loaf pan.

Step 3

Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top and refrigerate until set. Cut into bars, and then drizzle the melted semi-sweet chocolate on top. Sprinkle on the flaky sea salt.
