For a lemon meringue pie-flavored beverage, omit the vanilla and use all lemon juice (1 ounce total) instead of a combination of lemon & lime juice.

Step 1

Add the gin, simple syrup, heavy cream, lemon juice, lime juice, orange blossom water, vanilla, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (no ice) vigorously for 10 seconds.

Strain into a Collins glass and top with club soda. Traditionally, you pour both the strained cocktail and the chilled club soda into the glass at the same time so they run together and form a single stream of liquid. Give it a try!
