This Blackberry Lime Mocktail Spritzer Recipe is a loganberry drink copycat that features the refreshing sweet/tart flavor of blackberries and lime. It's perfect for cooling down with on a hot day!
Add the blackberries, water, erythritol, stevia glycerite, and salt to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the berries steep in the liquid for 30 minutes to an hour.
Use a fine mesh sieve to strain out the berries, reserving the liquid.
Stir the lime juice and vanilla into the blackberry syrup.
To Make the Mocktail Spritzers:
Fill 4 glasses ⅔ full of crushed ice. Into each glass, add the following: 3 tablespoons Blackberry Syrup, 8 ounces sparkling water, 1 mint sprig, and 2 slices of lime.
Serve.
Notes
Net Carbs: 4g per serving (3 tablespoons of syrup)
Erythritol + Stevia Glycerite for Sweetener: If you prefer to omit these, use about 3 tablespoons of sugar instead.
To Make Wine Spritzers Instead of Mocktail Spritzers: Use half sparkling water and half wine. I like white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc, for this.
