Stir Fry: 1 tablespoon avocado oil or ghee 1 1/2 pounds 80% lean grass-fed ground beef 8 ounces button mushrooms quartered 4 large stalks celery sliced 1 medium yellow onion halved and sliced 1 medium red bell pepper sliced 1 pound broccoli florets
