Rich, creamy Whipped Feta Dip with Honey Peaches whips up in just 10 minutes and is the perfect balance of salty and sweet flavors. It makes a gorgeous appetizer paired with crackers, breakfast spread on top of toast, or dessert served layered in little glasses.
Add the crumbled feta, room temperature cream cheese, sour cream, and salt to a food processor. Pulse a few times, and then process until it’s as smooth as you like it, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary. I prefer mine with a little bit of texture, so I don't completely puree it.
Stir together all ingredients for the honey peaches in a bowl.
Once the feta is whipped, spoon it into a shallow bowl and spread it out in the bottom. Spoon the peaches on top (including juices). Sprinkle on the thyme.
Serve along with toasted bread, crackers, or pita chips for dipping.
