Cranberry Pie Recipe

I like to use a glass pie plate so I can check to make sure the bottom crust is done.

Step 1

Coarsely chop the cranberries (I use the food processor).

Stir together the ingredients for the cranberry filling and let it sit until liquidy, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Cook the cranberry filling until jammy, and then let it cool.

Make the pie dough, shape it into disks, and chill.

Assemble and bake the pie.
