Crispy Green Bean Fries

Don't forget a dipping sauce! These pair well with just about anything, such as ranch, marinara, or honey mustard.

Step 1

Add the panko, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to a shallow bowl. Stir to combine.

Rinse the green beans and pat them dry. Add them to a gallon-size zip-top plastic bag along with the flour. Seal the bag and shake to coat the beans.

To coat the green beans in the breadcrumb mixture, shake off the excess flour, dip it in egg and let the excess drip off, and then coat in the panko mixture. Repeat until all the green beans are coated.

Preheat an air fryer to 390F. Once hot, lightly brush the bottom of the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange the coated green beans in the basket so they aren’t touching each other.

Step 5

Air fry until golden, about 6 to 7 minutes (no need to flip them). Repeat until all the green bean fries are cooked.
