Pizza Stuffed Peppers

If you don’t have fresh mozzarella cheese, you can instead use any type of mozzarella (use pre-shredded for a time-saver!).

Pro tip

Step 1

Pre-cook the bell peppers, make the filling, and stuff the pepper halves. Top each stuffed pepper half with 1 slice of mozzarella and bake at 375F until the cheese is melted and they’re warm throughout.
