Prep the dough. Spread the dough out onto a 12-inch pizza stone, pressing it out with your fingers. Drizzle the dough with oil and brush it around evenly, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Prick several holes in the dough with a fork.
Add toppings. Dollop the ricotta cheese on top and then spread it out evenly, leaving a border all around. Evenly sprinkle on the Pizza Bianca Spice Mix.
Add more toppings. Here we're going with shredded mozzarella, blanched broccoli, and sliced garlic.
Bake the pizza. Bake at 450F until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
