Ingredients

3/4 cup mayo
4 tablespoons minced dill pickle
1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
2 teaspoons capers drained and chopped
1 clove garlic peeled and crushed
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon hot sauce optional; more or less to taste
3/4 teaspoon granulated white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir well. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
