This creamy whipped feta dip recipe with honeyed peaches comes together in just 10 minutes! It's the perfect balance of salty and sweet flavors, and makes a gorgeous summer appetizer.
Add the crumbled feta, cream cheese, sour cream, and salt to a food processor. Pulse a few times, and then process until it’s as smooth as you like it, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary. I prefer mine with a little bit of texture, so I don't completely puree it.
Stir together all ingredients for the honey peaches in a bowl.
Once the feta is whipped, spoon it into a shallow bowl and spread it out in the bottom. Spoon the peaches on top (including juices). Sprinkle on the thyme.
Serve chilled, along with toasted bread, crackers, or pita chips for dipping.
