Give your slaw a grownup spin! This creamy coleslaw salad recipe with tart cherries, blue cheese, and toasted walnuts is as easy to make as regular slaw, but is packed with a ton of flavor.
Whisk together all ingredients for the dressing in a large bowl.
Stir in the Savoy cabbage, red cabbage, and onion. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days before serving, if desired.
Right before serving, sprinkle the walnuts, cherries, and blue cheese on top.
